Mavericks is a legendary surf break off the coast of Half Moon Bay, California, known for generating some of the world's biggest and most challenging waves that are considered to be among the most difficult to surf. Only the bravest and most experienced surfers can ride these waves created by massive swells that force the ocean to rise into towering, dangerous walls off water that can reach 60 to 80 feet.

Volker Hildebrand has 25+ years of experience in executive product and marketing leadership roles at global companies including SAP, SugarCRM, Qualtrics, hybris, SAPMarkets, CommerceOne in AI, CRM, CX and eCommerce.

He was also a mentor and advisor to multiple AI startups such as coresystems and ultimate.ai (acquired by zendesk) and more recently has been advising several startups in the CX AI space including ascendo.ai, pepsales.ai, predictivesales, and joyn; he had also helped Coveo prior to their successful IPO and has since served on the Coveo advisory board.
